Protein & Carb Goals

  • Body weight: 170lb
  • Protein, up to 1g/lb of bodyweight, so aiming for 150g/day with the assumption that I’m undercounting a little in MFP.
  • Carbs, up to 3.2g/lb of bodyweight, so aiming for 400g/day because (1) I may be undercounting in MFP and (2) I’ve been tracking carb intake for the past ~week without any goal and rarely hit 400g, so don’t wanna set myself up for failure.
